Brief introduction of Semi-Auto Kjeldahl Nitrogen Analyzer :
Kjeldahl nitrogen apparatus is an instrument that calculates the protein content by determining the nitrogen content of the sample according to the principle of constant nitrogen content in the protein. Because of its protein content measurement method is called Kjeldahl nitrogen method, it is called Kjeldahl nitrogen instrument, also known as nitrogen analyzer, protein analyzer, crude protein analyzer.
